Comment Coaching

Comment Coaching Tab

To view Comment Coaching statements:

  1. From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Content Customization.
  2. Click on the Comment Coaching tab.
  3. Click the Company radio button or the Master radio button depending on where the Factor with Comment Coaching is located.
  4. From the Available Categories dropdown list, click the down arrow and select the category to which the Factor is assigned.
  5. From the Available Factors dropdown list, click the down arrow and select the desired Factor.
  6. Comments relating to that Factor will appear.

To edit Comment Coaching statements:                  

  1. From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Content Customization.
  2. Click on the Comment Coaching tab.
  3. Click the Company radio button. 
  4. From the Available Categories dropdown list, click the down arrow and select the category to which the Factor is assigned.
  5. From the Available Factors dropdown list, click the down arrow and select the Factor you wish to edit.
  6. Comments relating to that Factor will appear.
  7. Insert your cursor in any Comment field and make appropriate edits.
  8. If desired, change the Positive or Negative category from the Category dropdown list.
  9. Click Spelling and/or Language Check to review your text.
  10. Click Save on the toolbar.

To add new Comment Coaching statements:

To add a new Comment Coaching statement to a Factor, the Factor must first be setup in the Factor section.

  1. From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Content Customization.
  2. Click on the Comment Coaching tab.
  3. Click the Company radio button.
  4. From the Available Categories dropdown list, click the down arrow and select the category to which the Factor is assigned.
  5. From the Available Factors dropdown list, click the down arrow and select the Factor to which you want to add Comments.
  6. Existing  comments relating to that Factor, if any, will appear.
  7. Click the Add New button at the bottom of the list of comments.  A blank comment field will appear.
  8. Insert your cursor in the Comment field and enter comment language.
  9. From the Category dropdown list, choose either Positive or Negative.
  10. Click Spelling and/or Language Check to review your text.
  11. Click Save on the toolbar. The new comment will be alphabetized in the comment list.

To delete Comment Coaching statements:

  1. From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Content Customization.
  2. Click on the Comment Coaching tab.
  3. Click the Company radio button.
  4. From the Available Categories dropdown list, click the down arrow and select the category to which the Factor is assigned.
  5. From the Available Factors dropdown list, click the down arrow and select the desired Factor.
  6. Existing comments relating to that Factor will appear.
  7. Click the Delete icon next to the comment you wish to delete.
  8. A warning message appears. Click OK to confirm the delete, or Cancel to return to the Comment Coaching screen.

Warning

Once Comment Coaching statements are deleted, they cannot be retrieved. They are deleted permanently!
