Appraisal Setup

To activate the Multi-Appraiser module:

  1. From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Company Settings.
  2. Under Advanced Features, click in the Multi-Appraiser box.
  3. Click Save on the toolbar.

To access the Multi-Appraisers screens:

  1. From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Multi-Appraiser Setup.

To enable Assigning Rights:

  1. From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Multi-Appraiser Setup.
  2. Under Basic Settings, click in the Assigning Rights box.
  3. Click Save on the toolbar.

To enable Notify MA of Selection:

  1. From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Multi-Appraiser Setup.
  2. Under Basic Settings, click in the Notify MA of Selection box.
  3. Click Save on the toolbar.

To set multi-appraiser Factor evaluation default:

  1. From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Multi-Appraiser Setup.
  2. From the Factors dropdown list under Profile Settings, click the down arrow and make your selection.
  3. Click Save on the toolbar.

To set multi-appraiser Goal evaluation default:

  1. From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Multi-Appraiser Setup.
  2. From the Goals dropdown list under Profile Settings, click the down arrow and make your selection.
  3. Click Save on the toolbar.

To set Content defaults:

  1. From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Multi-Appraiser Setup.
  2. Under Content, in the boxes beside each item (Forms, Notes, Current, and Future) select the options you would like to appear when creating Profiles. Select View if you want multi-appraisers to be able to view those items. Select Add if you would like multi-appraisers to be able to add to that content category. Select Edit if you would like multi-appraisers to be able to edit content items.
  3. Click Save on the toolbar.

Default Profile

Performance Pro includes a Default Profile that is set up for your use based on the Profile Settings that you select.  If you don’t make any changes to Profile Settings, then  your Default Profile will allow multi-appraisers to simply evaluate Factors and Goals and have no access to Forms, Notes, Current, or Future Goals. All multi-appraisers added to the system will automatically be assigned the Default Profile.
