To assign multi-appraisers to an employee to be evaluated:
- From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Multi-Appraiser Setup.
- Click on the Assign Multi-Appraisers tab.
- Select the employee that you want your multi-appraisers to appraise by using either the employee dropdown list on the toolbar or by entering a name in the Search field.
- The Primary appraiser will be listed first in the Appraiser field. If there is no Primary appraiser listed, go to the Employee Data screen and complete the Appraiser field there.
- On the Assign Multi-Appraisers tab, click the Add New button to add a multi-appraiser.
- Select a multi-appraiser from the list that appears by clicking on the name once.
- Click OK to add the multi-appraiser or Cancel to return to the Assign Multi-Appraisers tab without saving.
- The Default Profile is automatically assigned. If you desire a different Profile, insert your cursor in the Profile field you wish to change and select a Profile for this multi-appraiser from the list that appears. (The Profile options that appear will be Profiles the multi-appraiser has been assigned to.) Or you may choose the Custom Profile from the list.
Note:
The Custom Profile option allows you to create custom rights for a multi-appraiser on a particular appraisal. If these rights will be used more than once it is recommended you create a Profile in the Create Profile section rather than repeatedly using the Custom option.
- Click Save on the toolbar.
- Repeat steps 5-9 until all multi-appraisers have been assigned.
To remove a multi-appraiser from an employee:
- From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Multi-Appraiser Setup.
- Click on the Assign Multi-Appraisers tab.
- Select the employee from which you want to remove multi-appraisers from by using either the employee dropdown list on the toolbar or by entering a name in the Search field.
- Click the Delete icon next to the multi-appraiser you wish to remove.
- Click OK to proceed with the deletion or Cancel to return to the Assign Multi-Appraisers screen without saving.
- Click Save on the toolbar.
Remember that appraisers’ names should not be removed if appraisals are already in progress as all associated data will be lost.
To weight multi-appraisers’ evaluations:
- From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Multi-Appraiser Setup.
- Click on the Assign Multi-Appraisers tab.
- Select the employee whose weights you wish to edit by using either the employee dropdown list on the toolbar or by entering a name in the Search field.
- Enter the desired weight for each multi-appraiser’s evaluation in the Weight field.
- To weight all multi-appraisers equally, click the Divide Weights Evenly button.
- Make sure the weights total 100.
- Click Save on the toolbar.
To mark selected multi-appraisers as confidential:
- From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Multi-Appraiser Setup.
- Click on the Assign Multi-Appraisers tab.
- Select the employee you wish to edit by using either the employee dropdown list on the toolbar or by entering a name in the Search field.
- Click in the Confidential box beside those multi-appraisers whose scores you wish to keep confidential.
- Click Save on the toolbar.
Note:
The primary appraiser may not be marked confidential.
To re-order multi-appraisers:
- From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Multi-Appraiser Setup.
- Click on the Assign Multi-Appraisers tab.
- Select the employee you wish to edit by using either the employee dropdown list on the toolbar or by entering a name in the Search field.
- In the Order field beside the multi-appraiser you wish to move, click on the arrow pointing up if you wish to move the multi-appraiser up, or on the arrow pointing down if you wish to move the multi-appraiser down in the order.
- Click Save on the toolbar.
To assign and set up multi-appraisers (primary appraiser instructions):
- In the Logged In As box, make sure your Role is set to Appraiser.
- From the main menu, click Manage Employees, then click Assign Multi-Appraisers.
- Select the employee you wish to assign multi-appraisers to by using either the employee dropdown list on the toolbar or by entering a name in the Search field.
- On the Assign Multi-Appraisers screen, click the Add New button to add a multi-appraiser. (The only multi-appraisers a primary appraiser may choose from will be those assigned to their same Group.)
- Select a multi-appraiser from the list that appears by clicking on the name once.
- Click OK to add the multi-appraiser or Cancel to return to the Assign Multi-Appraisers screen without saving.
- The Default Profile is automatically assigned. If you desire a different Profile, insert your cursor in the Profile field you wish to change and select a Profile for this multi-appraiser from the list that appears.
