Unlock User Account

To unlock a locked user:

  1. From the main menu, click Administration, then click Manage Users.
  2. Click on the Unlock User Account tab.
  3. From the employee dropdown list on the toolbar, click the down arrow and select the locked user.
  4. The number of invalid attempts will display below the user's name. Click Unlock on the toolbar.
  5. If you wish to suppress the login lockout feature for this user, click in the Check here and click Save to Suppress Login Lockout box.
  6. Click Save on the toolbar.
