To unlock a locked user:
- From the main menu, click Administration, then click Manage Users.
- Click on the Unlock User Account tab.
- From the employee dropdown list on the toolbar, click the down arrow and select the locked user.
- The number of invalid attempts will display below the user's name. Click Unlock on the toolbar.
- If you wish to suppress the login lockout feature for this user, click in the Check here and click Save to Suppress Login Lockout box.
- Click Save on the toolbar.
