To edit Factor Level titles and increment scale:

1. From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Level Configuration.
2. From the Factor Scale dropdown list, click the down arrow and select the rating increment. (It does not have to be the same as your Goal Level increments.)
3. In the field next to each Level number, insert your cursor and customize the language as desired.
4. Click Save on the toolbar.
5. Remember, the Factor Level titles and incre­ments you assign here will be used throughout the entire system.

To restore default Factor Level titles and incre­ments:

Warning!

You will lose all Factor Level customization if you select and save Default Factor Levels.

1. From the main menu, click System Setup, then click Level Configuration.
2. On the Factor Levels tab, click the Default Levels button.
3. The default titles and increments will appear. Click Restore Default Levels to restore defaults.
4. The original titles and increments will be restored. Any changes you have made will be lost!
5. To exit the screen without restoring defaults, click on any other screen without saving.
