To add a Folder to the Storage Section:
- From the main menu, click Administration, then click Storage.
- Select Storage from the Section dropdown list.
- Enter the name of the new Folder in the Folder Name box.
- Click Add Folder.
- Use the Rename Folder or Delete Folder buttons which appear to rename and delete folders.
To add files to Sections in Storage:
- From the main menu, click Administration, then click Storage.
- Select the Section you want to load your file to from the Section dropdown list.
- Select the Folder (if additional folders have been added) you want to load your file to from the Folder dropdown list.
- Click Browse next to the Select a file to upload: box.
- Select the file you want to upload.
- In Performance Pro, click the Upload button or click Upload on the toolbar. The file will load to the selected Section/Folder.
To rename, view, or delete files from Sections in Storage:
- From the main menu, click Administration, then click Storage.
- Select the Section (and if applicable, the folder) which contains the file you wish to work with from the Section and Folder dropdown lists.
- In the list of files which appears, click the appropriate icon next to the file name.
- If you click the Rename icon, a box will appear. Type the new name in the Rename To: box and click Save.
- If you click the View icon, a file download box will appear. Click Open to view the file or Cancel to exit the file download.
- If you click the Delete icon, the file will be deleted. You may also click in the box next to the file name and then click the Delete Selected button to delete files.
