Reset Passwords

To reset a password:

  1. From the main menu, click Administration, then click Manage Users.
  2. Click on the Reset Passwords tab.
  3. From the employee dropdown list on the toolbar, click the down arrow and select the user.
  4. In the Password box enter a new password.
  5. Reenter the new password in the Verify Password box.
  6. To require the user to change their password during their next log in, click the Require new password at login box.
  7. Click Save on the toolbar.

Note:

Typing in the Company Password will automatically force the user to change their password during their next log in. To set or access the Company Password, click on Administration, Admin, then Company Password.
